超软的面包

这是上个星期试做的面包,食谱来自COOKING BUZZ 网站.面包真的很软很松,原食谱是做MEXICO BUN,我只取他面包团的食谱.这面包放三天都还软,好吃 ,像外面卖的一样.我做了TUNA 面包.

材料:high protein flour         500g
         bread improver             2 tsp
         bread softerner             2 tsp
         milk powder                 20g
         sugar                             75g
         instant yeast                  3 tsp
         salt                                1 tsp
         egg                                1
         water                             250ml
         butter                            60g

TUNA馅:TUNA       1 CAN{185G}
       玉米粒       70g
                {tuna in mayonese & corn mixed}

做法:
1)我把全部材料,除了牛油,全都放进面包机里,选面包团功能,约定1:30小时,拿出来分团,每份量50G,包入馅料,面SPRAY 水,放进OVEN里待发,OVEN 里放一杯滚水.约45-60分钟.
2).面扫蛋汁.我用160度,烘15分钟.
