香喷喷kaya来啦!

 这是我家的方法,以前妈妈教的方法是一碗糖一碗椰浆,一碗蛋,今天特地用来量一量,为了健康的理由,我把糖减少了,原本应该是600g的.
听说鸭蛋煮kaya会香一点,昨天看见jusco有卖就买了回来玩,煮出来的kaya,果然真的很香.

先准备材料:

5 粒       鸭蛋(298g)
5 粒       鸡蛋 (280g)
600g      椰浆
350g      糖
6 片       香兰叶

做法:
1) 鸡蛋和鸭蛋拌匀,拌入200g椰浆,然后过一过   网.

2)取一个锅,放入200g糖,把糖煮溶,煮成糖焦,灭火.

3)取一个wok里面放一些水,再放一块布,再把焦糖的锅放上去,倒入一些椰浆,快速拌匀,再倒入已tapis的蛋汁,开火,一面搅拌,一面加入香兰叶,糖和椰浆,一直搅煮至浓稠状,约一个半小时.

                                          搽了kaya  的面包,好香,好滑,咬一口,香甜正合我意!                                        

                                         这是煮好的kaya,2个大的,2个小的.
