cempedak cake

昨天我老公从K.L.带了两粒CEMPEDAK回来,我想到在外买过的cempedak cake,很久没吃过了,就试做了这个cempedak cake,今晚带去小组与大家分享,看看大家的反应,再来报告.

cempedak cake

sugar                    180-200g(i used 180g)
ovallet                  1 tsp (optional)
better                    250g
egg                       6 pcs
self rising flour    250g
cempedak flesh   200g

method:
cream sugar,ovallet & butter until fluffy.
add eggs & flour alternately.
mix in flesh gently.
bake in oven 160c for 45 mins.

那个蛋糕还在oven里,我乘现在空闲,就先做记录.

一 阵阵的蛋糕香味充满了我的家,我等着吃cempedak cake 啦!

报告:蛋糕一下子就被吃完了,大家还要我以后再做给他们吃。
