马来糕

我做六姨给的食谱 根据kl liew 的视频

4 粒 蛋

160ml 淡奶

3 tbsp pandan juice

180g self rising flour

120 g. 红糖

1 tsp instant yeast

Salt

拌均发酵两个小时

最后加

4 tbsp oil

1tsp soda powder

拌均 

上面撒瓜子

大火蒸35分钟

麻油素腰花

瓦煲腊味饭

pan cake
