饼皮
面粉 300g
糖浆. 300g
油. 80g
碱水. 1 tbsp
全部拌均,四小时后使用,一天就回油
可以做 16个40g的皮
翡翠莲蓉 1kg
瓜子仁(炒香)200g-250g
185g的印 120g馅 40g皮
