甘香啦啦 Kam Heong La La(食谱取自大排档食谱)

2 tbsp        oil
1 tbsp        dries prawns,soaked
2 tbsp        curry leaves
10              shallots,chopped
10              chilli padi,chopped
600g          la la,soaked in salt water for 1 hour,drained

1/2 tsp       tau cheong
1 tbsp        curry powder
1 tbsb        oyster sauce(我只用半汤匙)
1 tsp          light soya sauce
1 tsp          sugar
1/2 tsp dark soya sauce(我没放)
dash of chicken stock granules (我没放)
corn flour water for thickening.

1)  Heat up 2 tbsp oil and saute dried prawns until fragrant.Add in curry leaves, shallots, chilli padi
     and stir fry until aromatic.
2)  Add in la la, seasoning and stir fry at high heat until well mixed.
3)  Cover the lid, cook for about 2 minutes until la la are opened.
4)  Thicken with corn flour water, mix well and dish up.
